You have chosen your favourite holiday accommodation and have sent us a reservation request. Chile Central will now check your inquiry and inform you promptly about the availability of the accommodation during the specified period.
After receiving the confirmation you can book your accommodation. You will have to pay a deposit of 12 to 100 % of the total costs. The reservation fee can be paid by bank to bank transfer, direct debit, credit card or Paypal.
As soon as the payment is received we will confirm the successful booking of your holiday accommodation. You will receive all important information like breakdown of costs, contact details or terms of usage with this Reservation Confirmation.
Check-in time is 3
pm. The specific time has
to be agreed directly between guest and owner of the accommodation.
The remaining amount of the total costs and a guarantee will have to be paid at the day of arrival. Credit cards are usually accepted.
Check-out is generally 11 am. The specific time has to be agreed directly between guest and owner of the accommodation. The guarantee will be returned after the owner has verified that no damage has been caused to the property.

In case of cancellation, the following fees will be charged:
- 60 days and more before the day of arrival: Complete refund of reservation charges exclusive possible bank transfer costs
- 30 days and more before the day of arrival: Retention of reservation charges (depending on the accommodation between 12 and max. 50 % of total costs)
- 14 days and more before the day of arrival: 50 % of total costs
- Less than 14 days before the day of arrival: 100 % of total costs
Shouldn’t it be possible to stay at
your holiday home because of force majeure we will do our best to organize an alternative accommodation.
